Hudson Valley Pro Wash LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides power washing services and operates the website https://hudsonvalleyprowashllc.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for informational purposes and to request quotes. You agree not to misuse it, including no scraping, hacking, or unauthorized commercial use. We may suspend access for violations.

Services and Bookings

Services include pressure washing for homes, driveways, roofs, restaurants, etc. Quotes are estimates—final pricing depends on on-site assessment. You must provide water access, electricity, and clear the area. We require 50% deposit for jobs over $500; balance due on completion.

Payments

Accepted via cash, check, card, or ACH. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly fee. No refunds after service start.

Liability and Warranties

Services carry no warranties beyond 30 days for workmanship. We’re not liable for property damage from pre-existing conditions (e.g., rot). Client assumes risk for surfaces; test patches available. Total liability capped at service fee.

Cancellations

Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund. Under 24 hours: forfeit deposit.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent, we disclaim all warranties. Neither we nor affiliates are liable for indirect damages. Use at your risk.

Governing Law

Governed by New York laws. Disputes resolved in Ulster County courts.

Changes

We may update Terms; continued use implies acceptance.
